Metal Blade 2005

My attitude towards this album is hard to articulate. It is brutal death metal, and it is good at being brutal, and at being death metal. It does not sound like rehashed ideas, nor does it sound like something I have not heard before. There is really no memorable moments, but yet I still enjoy listening to it. So, here I am, steeped in paradox, trying to cast judgment on something that I feel compelled to say good things about, but also feel compelled to complain about certian aspects.

Thus, the judgment is up to you, the listener, and reader of this humble site. If you enjoy brutal death metal, then I would think that this album is for you. Solid riffing, and good performances from the vocalist and drummer. But, if you do not enjoy death metal, it would seem to me that you should pass on this album, as it probably, to your ears, sounds the same as every other death metal act you have heard.
