Sculptured plays a brand of technical and progressive that is hard to define. They are not progressive fully, but they do
not go as far as being death metal. They rest firmly in the middle, without really being thrash. By defying definition, Embodiment
offers a listen that keeps you guessing and wondering what is going to assault your ears next.
As good as it is, it seems to have to grow on the listener. Some might want to take the time, others should probably move
on. Sculptured is not for everyone.
